How do we heat up the hearts of the lukewarm?
How do we light up the hearts of the lukewarm--
So they're not spit out of Jesus' mouth
And it's not better they were never born--
How do we light up the hearts of the lukewarm?

Only Jesus can light up the hearts of the lukewarm,
And Jesus will heat up the hearts of His lukewarm.
So sing His praises to their hearts
And try to explain the hardest parts--
Shine your brightest light for the coming storm.

Light up that narrow gate for the coming storm.
Light up that obstructed gate for the coming storm.
Shine as bright as you've got to give

To help God's children forever live!
